The taxes are higher than other nearby areas.

We're in Upper Nazareth and love it.

Forks has a beautiful park nestled into the development area. They hold many sport games and activities there.
I find it so nice and convenient to get to the stores of Easton, Lehigh, or Phillipsburg from there.
You have all the major box stores within a short distance.
Easy access to route 78.....
A wonderful theater complex off of 33. The Regal Theaters and another over in Phillipsburg also.
You won't be far from the Promenade Mall. It is really a good central location, with many good neighborhoods.
The YMCA for great indoor swimming and fun is not far from the college area.
Forks is a great choice.............Best Wishes to you.

This is worth a read, lets you delve into the local government climate a bit:
Residents Who Care

This one mentions a Ramblewood Citizens' Group, perhaps you would like to contact the blog writer:

One big negative about Forks is it is somewhat inconvenient to get around the Lehigh Valley from there. The only highway somewhat close is 22 and the traffic is atrocious. Best of luck!
