The great South Bethlehem Diner, Alexandra's Bistro is open again after a 2 and a half week vacation. Sandra is still away but Nico is holding down the fort. Lisa, Raquel, Colleen, and the woman who used to work for Ginnys are all back and anxious to serve you.

I was just thinking about going there today - I'm in the mood for a Bistro Omelet. I figured they would be open the first day before classes at Lehigh.

Surely we must have crossed paths, which I am guessing from your perspective may be a scary thing. All the Omelets are good.

Not really, since I'm always happy to see another forumer from any of the forums I visit. Besides, I only go there occasionally, mostly on weekends, because I'm a cheap college student - the Goose is my main lunch spot.

And I did go on Sunday to get a Bistro Omelet. If I recall, all the other omelets offer free coffee, while it's separate with the Bistro Omelet. But Bistro is so damn good, and it's totally unique: nobody else offers it. So I get it everytime I go.
