We are considering purchasing a home in either area. We would prefer a single family home with a nice clubhouse. We looked at Traditions of America in Easton, which now appears to be sold out. Anyone have any thoughts on the Bethlehem TofA. WE're going to visit the Judd Renaissance in Quakertown next weekend. What are taxes like in both areas? We've been considering Northern Delaware, but it just seems so far from family in friends in Jersey.

Thanks! We looked at those a couple years ago and spoke with some lovely people who lived there. Beautiful clubhouse, but I thought the taxes were a bit high. They told us they were about $6k/year and that was a couple years back. I would imagine they are somewhere in the $7k range now? Plus HOA fees and we're not too far from where we are now in NJ.
