Well like I said there is a reason why the homes are so cheap.
Coal ash waste!!!!!!!! yes I said it!! It's in the air and there are 3 sites around lansford top-bottom-side go to google put in lansford pa map and look around.
There is the biggest coal ash waste facility that is the biggest in the world!!!!

No surprise here. Look at the first line on this Things to See and Do in Lansford, PA | Delaware and Lehigh National Heritage Corridor website - "The main attraction here is the longest operating anthracite coal mine in the world. Today you can ride by rail 1,600 feet underground and take a walking tour of the Number Nine Mine’s innermost workings." Lansford is in the heart of coal country. I'm not sure why you seem so irked.
