I will be on a work trip next week to Allentown, Pa. I've never been there and am interested in knowing something about the area. I am also VERY interested in going into NYC. Can anyone tell me the best way to get there. Is their a train that goes into the city? Does anyone know how expensive it is? Thanks....

There are some private bus companies that have a shuttle to NYC. They will let you off either at Wall St. or Penn Station. It's about $40 round trip. You can also go into Bethlehem and check out the casino. Emeril has a restaurant there that's pretty good.

I like Bieber. It goes right into Port Authority in NYC. $39 round trip. Bieber Tours - Home

If I were you, I would try to stay at the Hotel Bethlehem instead of any place in Allentown. This hotel is not the fanciest but it's location can't be beat and since it's in a very walkable downtown area you would have places to go in the evening and things to do. Hotel Bethlehem

Would you like me to change the title of your thread?
