Saucon Valley School Districts seem to get the best rating from both Parents and greatschools.com, does anyone have any information on what exact area goes to this school district? I am trying to narrow down the areas I am going to look in and having 3 young children not yet in school make the school district very important to me. So far Williams Township, Nazareth, Forks, and now this area are what I am focused on.

Thanks All

Do NOT look at greatschools as a good indicator of anything except opinions. The reviews are totally subjective. How many elementary school parents have ever had their kids in one of the other area schools to compare? If you want to go by something more objective try http://www.schoolmatters.com/ (broken link)

or this one http://www.schooldigger.com/go/PA/search.aspx

As to Saucon Valley, I like their schools. They have a nice campus for all of their schools in Hellertown, which in itself is a cute small town and very conveniently located.

All I know about that district is that the school taxes are very high for the area, although perhaps parents are "getting what they are paying for" in terms of school quality.

From what I can tell school taxes are all close to the same amount in all the areas I am looking in with a comparable house.
