Can someone provide nice upscale apartment communities in the SLSD - Souther Lehigh School District.

When i search i could not locate any

That's because there aren't any upscale apartments in Coopersburg. There are kind of older apartments, single houses, twin houses, and town homes but no new apartment buildings. I can't think of any in Center Valley either. Would a house work? Or a town house? There are a few townhouse complexes and all are less then ten years old.
