Does anyone know of a shuttle/taxi service to the Allentown airport from Philly?

The Bieber bus runs from Philadelphia to Allentown but not to the airport. http://www.biebertourways.com/schedules/Philadelphia.100109.pdf (broken link) You can pick it up at three different Philadelphia locations. There are taxi's from the Allentown bus depot.

US Airways offers flights from PHL to ABE. They usually come free if you are using it as a connection, or sometimes even cheaper than flying direct into PHL

As an airport with only 10 destinations and probably fewer than 800K passenger this year, the ground connections are limited. As economy parking is $9 per day or $54 per week, it is usually much cheaper to drive.
If you can't spare your automobile to sit in a lot at the airport, Bieber Bus is $24.25 round trip to Allentown plus the cost of the taxis. It is 5.3 miles from Allentown bus terminal to ABE airport. From your home you have to go to Greyhound Terminal 1001 Filbert St. directly downtown (215-931-4058) or 30th Street Station (Cross 29th St. from station On Market St. Bridge at the 3rd light pole).

As much as ABE would like to attract Philadelphia people, you should keep in mind that Allegiant does not go to the primary airports in Orlando and Tampa/St. Pete. In Orlando the Allegiant plane lands in Sanford Airport, and in St Petersburg it lands in PIE, and not TPA. Frontier Airlines also flies to Orlando MCO from ABE.

ABE is certainly easier and security lines are shorter, but the destinations are pretty limited.
