If you are Puerto Rican you need to know this.

I have told all my Puerto Rican friends about their INVALID birth-certificates as of JULY 1, 2010.

They don't want to believe because the Morning Call has NEVER mentioned this in their paper. THE MORNING CALL IS NOT DOING ANYONE A FAVOR NOT COVERING THIS.

Puerto Ricans have averaged 20 Birth Certificates a person. To make money some have sold their certificates to illegals from other Latino countries. This gives illegals immediate US citizenship and rights. They can get all the freebies using the Birth Certificates. The certificates were sold for between $5,000 to $10,000 each.

BUT AS OF JULY 1, 2010 ALL PUERTO RICAN BIRTH CERTIFICATES WILL BE INVALID AND NEW ONES MUST BE APPLIED FOR IN PERSON.

State Representative Jennifer Mann has information posted on her Web Site, and she makes it clear she is not going to be able to help anyone. It is outside her authority, but she was trying to prepare residents.

Puerto Rico-issued birth certificates invalid starting July 1

The use of stolen Puerto Rico-issued birth certificates — to obtain
everything from U.S. passports to Social Security benefits to driver's licenses — has been so rampant that beginning in July the Puerto Rican government will invalid all existing birth documents it has issued.

Officials say that as of July 1, a new law in the commonwealth requires that people born in Puerto Rico get a new certified copy of their birth certificate.
