Both are nice community colleges. NCCC has residential housing. For many people the choice comes down to what county they live in since it's discounted for county residents. Kids in our HS have a choice of a dozen LCCC classes to take dual credit so often end up there because they already have a few classes under their belt before HS graduation.

I think NCCC is considered one of the top community colleges in the country, or at least it was a decade ago. LCCC to my knowledge is also well-regarded for a community college.

This greatly depends on the courses you want to take. NCC offers a lot of courses that LCCC doesn't, but if you want to live in Lehigh County expect to pay higher prices. You need to look at their websites and see if either school offers the course you wish to take.
