Anyone have anything good or bad to say about the following builders..

Schumacher
Barlow
Jimmy Nash

We would be looking for a builder to custom build on our lot, (near Veterans Park) not on one of their pre-established neighborhoods ( i know each has neighborhoods where they have built all or most of the homes) Probably will build around 3000 sq feet house ($250-$300 range)

Any other builders that would fit this bill that you would recommend?

Thanks!

I am not familiar with Schumacher. Barlow and Jimmy Nash are both great! They build what I would consider two very different types or "look" of homes. I would think Barlow would build a home that would better fit in Veterans Park, but I am sure Jimmy Nash could change his general look to fit whatever you need.

I would be happy with either one of them!
