So I am looking at a House , In the Green Acres Subdi!! Is that a bad area,,
Relocating have know clue where I'm looking at!!! Are there any bad area's around there???? Please Help!! I have 2 days to find a Rental Home!! Where is the safer neighborhoods!! Husband working at FMC LEX..

I think that area may be okay. Not great, not bad. Last time I checked, I thought there were some sex offenders. Click on this to check for yourself and for any house you would consider:

I don't know that area of Masterson Station, but you are probably OK!!

That area (MS) doesn't have the very best school system (Meadowthorpe Elementary is great, but ...), so we were warned away by our realtor, but MS seems awfully nice, lots of people seem happy ... great for young people, young families, etc.

Masterson Station is a nice upper middle class area, although that side of town in general is low income so the schools would be pretty bad. The areas inside New Circle Rd on that side are dicey, not overtly dangerous though. The only part of Lex I would consider "dangerous" are along North Broadway/ North Limestone.

Masterson Station is middle class. There is a difference...

Also, I think the Southside is a much better location to live. It's safer, all the major shopping and restaurants are on the Southside, better schools, cleaner.
