Will be working in Lexington. Fiancee will be commuting to Richmond KY. Looking to rent somewhere convenient to both, preferably south of Lexington. Any suggestions where to look?

Are you wanting a house or an apartment. Also, tell us what price point you want to be in. A good pick for about anything would be outside Man O War Between Todds Road and Alumni Drive.

It depends on your budget. Pick way manor is a good apartment with nice maintenance.
The rent I believe is 435 for a 2 bedroom apt and 485 for 3 bedroom. The apt is safe. Only drawback is it's a little bit old and rooms are small. But if only you two live there, should be enough.

If you have higher budget, you can go for apartments near Richmond road and Man'O'war.

oh, the rent includes heat and water. very cost-efficient. I lived there for 4 years and just moved to another city. Wish I can find an apt like pickway manor.
