Hi ! i do not think that any one can blindly suggest that that company is a best property management company.actually there are few factors they decide which company is better among all,Like user satisfaction is a factor that decides which is the best one and in turn this factor also do help to build some other factors like market value, quality of service that company is providing to their clients, company's popularity as a brand and many more. because there are so many property management companies in market so its not very easy to choose the right one or as you say best one. what i think in that case you should go online and try to make list companies which are providing their services, then short list companies according to their popularity, review of their clients, quality of services that they provide, extra facilities provided by them if they are so then, the service charge they apply, these are some factors on which you can short list the companies further by having personal interview with the company manager.

Classic Real Estate and Positive Properties seem to be the biggest. One thing I like about both of them is that they post listings on the MLS as well as their own sites. I don't know how they are to work with, but atleast they seem easy for renters to find a house, which is half the battle.
