If you are looking for a short commute and the cheaper rents, then why not just move to Georgetown? The commute to Lexington for entertainment or better dining will be far less frequent than the work type trips.

There are some great community amenities in Georgetown and since the arrival of Toyota it has become a much more multi-ethnic community than some of us "old timers" recall.

For someone who has lived in the larger cities and has experienced a real urban commute, the trips to Lexington for extraordinary occasions will be a piece of cake. Almost all of the benefits, at half the cost.

Just sayin.
To be honest I went by what the people at work said that there is nothing much do do in Georgetown. Never really looked into Georgetown.

That's a nice area.

By the way, you won't be able to access New Circle from Chinoe, there isn't an exit.

The streets you mentioned are all good.
As for Chinoe you just go to Alumni to access New Circle Rd.

That is a nice area. Jin-Jin Chinese has great carry out. The only thing that would bother me personally is hearing New Circle Road. I use to live on the other side of New Circle from these apartments and could hear the road noise inside my house 24/7.
