Start a new life in Lexington - HELP

When you say closer to home, are you talking about Lexington? I live in Des Moines, and have all my life. I am sick of it. Lexington just feels right, never even been there. If that is where closer to home is, do you already know where you will be living? Need a live in housekeeper??!! I cook too! And God Bless You! (I do believe!)

Utilities can really vary pretty widely. We have all electric utilities, no gas, where I am, and it runs anywhere from
$60 to $170 a month for 1200 sq ft (but I have a family so it seems like someone is always up and doing something almost
24 hours a day and running electricity on something or other...plus my husband and son freeze me out with the air conditioning in the summer.)
Yes, we can and do get snow in Lexington - usually not a lot though.
