Can anyone tell me about the townhomes in Park Place? I have just moved to the area and have narrowed my leasing choices down to Park Place on Tates Creek and Hamburg Farms. Can anyone tell me anything about this places. For instance, I heard the appliances are very old at Park Place. Is that a problem? Thanks

i just went to hamburg to do a tour and was not pleased. they are small and it says online that there are balconies, but there actually are not. also, many of the residents make "makeshift patios" on the back stoops by the garages making it look like not well maintained.
