Hello ladies and gentlemen, am written from treviso Italy where I resides now but have an intention of moving to USA, kentucky, Lexington for that matter please could anybody tell me how is life there and the people's way of living. I want to know what kind of business that moves there and the housing rents also.
What kind of budget are you on? What type of job are you looking for? Lexington is a metro of almost 500,000 people so there are many opportunities here. Also because of its location, it's a melting pot of northern progressivism and southern tradition and hospitality. The people here for the most part are very friendly, but like any city it has its fair share of meaner people as well. This is a town where if you go the store, someone will randomly come up to you and ask you about your day. You won't find that very much up in New England or out west. I think you will really enjoy yourself here. Real estate here is pretty cheap compared to most of the US, but Lexington is the most expensive city in Kentucky to live in. Let me know specifically what you are looking for and I'll try my best to help.
