Can anyone tell me if this store is still open? I loved going here when passing through Lexington, but she was in her mid-80's the last time I stopped (2012) and she had said her children were pressuring her to close up shop.

Thanks, but I mentioned that to her once and she didn't even seem to be aware that there was a web page. :-(

It also shows that she takes credit cards and she doesn't. Dang, I miss Lexington, I wish I lived closer.

Alma is a little forgetful these days, but as far as I know, her wonderful shop is still there. You can find beautiful fabrics and trims there, straight from New York's garment district but priced very reasonably, considering their quality.
