I'm having dain bramage again! lol

Trying to think of the name of the long gone restaurant that used to be on the corner of Regency Rd. and Nicholasville Rd. They had a huge salad bar with ice cold pewter like plates. We ate there on Thanksgiving day in 1994. Anyone remember the name of it?

Maybe I'm missing something, but Regency Road doesn't touch Nicholasville Road? There used to be a Lone Star Steakhouse in that area that closed a while back now, but I don't know if that fits your description... You've got me stumped.

Fifth Quarter Steak House? That building later housed some place called "Alpine......something." Then it was one of those places where they bring around a huge variety of meat to your table and carve it for you. I ate there once. A waiter would walk up to your table with some animal on tray and say something like "Charred Dingo Brisket" or "Curried Rattlesnake Belly." Once was enough. It was weird!

Steak and Ale. Cork-n-Cleaver was next to Max and Irma's on Richmond Road.

Also, I think you mean Moore Drive and Nicholasville Road. Steak and Ale.

Yes, Steak and Ale was on Moore Dr. across from KMart. It wasn't "The Cork" either. And, it was on the corner of W. Lowry and Nicholasville Rd. I don't think it was Fifth Quarter either. I think Steak and Ale became Fifth Quarter.

You aren't talking about Darryl's are you? They used to have the pewter plates and a big salad bar.
