Yes, I looked it up again and it's currently zoned as rental but could be converted to sfh ... but just was flagging it, assume Micah Girl wouldn't want the complications. Right ... it is Glendover Elementary and the subdivision is noted as UK Campus.
I would also definitely look at the 2 in Rabbit Run. One is 199K, the other is 204K. When I was looking, I was told that was a very prestigious neighborhood (and I drive through there a lot, very pretty).
My searching with zip codes is not bringing up more Glendover E. homes; I guess this is why I'm not a realtor

Unfortunately it's out of my price range. If anyone hears of a 4 BR (especially FSBO) that is 200K or under in a good school system, then I am interested

PS - the fine print on the second says it is under offer pending finance approval, but at least you know there are possibilities out there!
