I've been racking my brain trying to remember the name of an old record store that was near the UK campus in the late 1980s. I visited a few times when I was in school there from 1987 - 1990; I came across an old album that I purchased there, but can't remember the name for the life of me. Anyone remember this place?

I can't remember for sure but I want to say it was Cut Corner Records. I should remember given how many hours I spent in that place.

There was Cut Corner on the corner over a the old Tally Ho, and another one, closer to McDonalds.....and I can't remember the name either! Something with wax comes to mind though?

omgsh I think this place lasted into the mid 90s? If so I visited there with my family on a trip to Lexington. That is when I first thought Lex is a bucolic town.
