I'm investigating possibly a short (3-6 mo) stay in Lexington, but I have to have very strong internet (100 mb at least). Any Lexington friends with really strong internet and a place with an option for a short term lease?

Hi! Welcome to the Lexington, Kentucky forums here at City Data!

No Google Fiber Network here are anything, but we have internet that tests at over 100 mbs.
(Expensive though, it costs about $80 a month). I am not sure about short term leases in Lexington...there are some Extended Stay places here and there though....A google search turned up this:

https://www.apartmentfinder.com/Shor...ucky/Lexington

https://www.apartments.com/lexington-ky/short-term/

https://www.forrent.com/find/KY/metr...ort+Term+Lease

Good Luck, hope you find what you are looking for. If you need any extra help, just let us know.

Which provider is supplying you with 100mb? I may limit my search to their service area.

Thanks for your help. Once I narrow down a search (I looked online at 3 options on Sunday) I’ll be back so folks can chime in about the location. I lived in Lexington while attending UK a long time ago. I’m sure a lot has changed.
