Everyone looking for a house....don't stress! There are many..many options in Lexington. The ranch for under $220,000 is totaly do..able! I don't know if you want an older house, or newer, but Masterson Station is close to the VA. Although I'm not sure about all brick out that way. Lots to choose from and I think you will be surprised how nice some of the areas are.

I have lived here my whole life, I don't think there is anything wrong with the Southland area.

I second Stonewall. I've lived here since 1997. I can't believe there aren't homes under 200K in this area considering how many are for sale right now.
