What's the best place for quality drinking water at good prices?

I have some refillable jugs and here's where I know I can go to refill them myself.

All these have reverse osmosis water, most is pretty much the same, the $1/gallon at Whole Foods is Alkaline and my favorite tasting, I cannot justify the difference between the Good Foods water and the Beaumont Kroger water. I wish a Lexington Walmart would have a refill machine.

Beaumont Kroger - around 39 cents a gallon
Whole Foods - more than one option, I think 50 cents to 1 dollar per gallon
Good Foods - 69 cents a gallon "oxygenated"
Walmart in Nicholasville on main street - about 39 cents a gallon.

So while I posted a Kroger and a Walmart I do not know of any other Walmart or Kroger that has these refill machines, and it's hard to call and find out - who answers the phones anyway?

Thanks for your help, and hopefully my post was helpful as well.

Kentucky American Water Company's water is what flows out of the faucets, and it's not bad.

You might look into High Bridge Spring Water, a local product that I personally think tastes better than KAWC water. Both are good quality, and Lexington has not experienced the difficulties with obtaining safe, clean water that have plagued other Kentucky towns.
