If anyone has any suggestions for laid-back (but really good) realtors that would be willing to entertain questions and give us an idea/links of what to expect price/amenities-wise, I'd appreciate it. We're planning on moving late 2020, possibly 2021, but I'm trying to get more of a feel of where exactly to focus, and I was hoping finding a realtor might help with that. Also wondering if waterfront anything is out of our price range. We are also planning to travel to the area to see stuff in person. Looking at anything S-SE of Lexington (hills preferred, smaller towns preferred). Thanks in advance for any direct messages.
I would do the research myself! There are several RE websites that will answer all of your questions! There's one in the KY Bluegrass area that covers pretty much everything! PM me if you need the website address! Have fun with your search! It's all about the journey!
