I have to warn you that Kentucky's auto insurance is known to be one of the highest in the nation.

I have only gotten one quote it was from Allstate. It's $336 if I add coverage for uninsured motorist for me. On a 2000 US cost ranking we were 13th AZ and KY was 25th. I will be getting more quotes before I know who I will go with when I move down there.

Allstate SUCKS here in Florida, I'm officially done with them. I had to ask them 3 times to remove certain aspects of my insurance to lower my bill since I'm a student and single Mom (I gave them these details) and they didn't, they kept sending my policy out with the highest posible coverage on it. I finally dumped them. Given their performance in Florida with homeowners insurance I won't do business with them anymore.

Try State Farm. With insurance what you are most concerned about is how they handle paying for any claims. I hear State Farm is excellent for paying the bills when you need them!

I've used KY Farm Bureau for nearly 10 years and they're the cheapest I've found.
