Well I was going to rent an apt on Royalty Court, but they rented it out from under me.

So I have spent the entire day on the internet looking for INEXPENSIVE 1 bdrm apts.

I think I found a place, but I was hoping I could get some info on the area from you wonderful people before I make a commitment.

Does anyone know anything about the Hanover apts on Malabu Drive? I know its very close to Tates Creek Road, so I will be near a bus. What is the area like?

As always, any info would be most helpful

Thanks

We'll I didn't respond because I don't know anything about Hanover Apartments. Malibu houses a lot of apartments. I do know that there is a bus stop there on Nicholasville Road, but that is it. Malubu runs between Tates Creek and Nicholasville Rd. I just really have no information about the apartments.

I don't know what areas you are looking for, but I have seen things about Brookstone apartments from Ball Homes. If you go to ballhomes.com and then click on rental homes up on the corner, and search for Lexington. It's the last listing on the second page. I've read on review websites that they are not luxury but they are good for the money.
