Can anyone recommend a good dry cleaner that will launder/starch/press men's dress shirts for 99 cents apiece? That was a pretty common offering in the DC area, where we just moved from, but we're having a bit of trouble finding someone here. We live just inside New Circle Road near Tates Creek Road. Thanks!

There used to be a 99 cent one (Newport) but they didn't get anything clean, and then they raised their prices and STILL didn't get anything clean. My husband switched to golf shirts in self-defense.

Several other dry cleaners in the area started doing poorer and poorer quality as well(Southland, Zandale) - I swear I don't think they even TRIED to clean things - it was very discouraging.

Hart's is the only dry cleaner we have found who can actually get things clean. I'm sure there are others.

I've had good luck with Pam's Dry Cleaners (Richmond Rd, sorta behind McDonald's) and Emperor Dry Cleaners (also Richmond Rd, Idle Hour Plaza). But, unfortunately, neither does shirts for 99 cents.
