Agreed. I really really hate that. If I'm going to take the time to open up and convey my thoughts and concerns.... it's your job as a physician to listen. And every time I've called my doctor's office for whatever reason, I've spent 3-5 minutes on the phone just on hold. My 'scripts have been called into the wrong pharmacy before, which was really, REALLY inconvenient. Just adding the rudeness on top of all of that just put the icing on the cake.

I should add that Dr. Miller and Dr. Stakelin are at the UK clinic off Hugelot (spelling?) Ave., which is off Limestone in Lexington.

How about Dr. James Owen, on Romany Road? He is a solo practitioner, very warm and personable, a good listener and a good diagnostician. Nice staff too.
