Hi All,

I am thinking of moving to the Squires Woods subdivision right off Richmond Road at Squires. It's a little townhouse community. I tried asking someone who lived there whether they liked the area, but he was completely unfriendly and basically shrugged his shoulders and said, "yeah. it's ok," then walked away from me. I'd hate to judge the neighborhood based on that alone.

Is anyone familiar with this neighborhood? It's a good location for me as I commute to Richmond, but I don't know if it's safe.

Thanks!

Don't know anything first hand about the condo association or anything, but I've been over there showing the townhouses to buyers before. It always seemed nice to me. It would be a great for getting to Richmond from there!

If you are buying one, I think I'd steer clear of the ones that back to Squires and Richmond Road....just for improved resale ability. Also, if your buying, find out how stable the association is. You don't want to buy into anything that doesn't have enough cash for any upcoming repairs!

Coliron-Veith built those and several other ones just like them all over Lexington. Some have garages and some don't. I like that the upstairs is pretty open and the ceilings are vaulted.

Hey Pirdybirdy....Didn't forget to do one in SW Lex like you asked me to do. I shot one in Plantation today. I should be getting it online in a couple days.
