Anyone have any recommendations for a nanny/childcare option for a newborn? I will probably end up putting my newborn in daycare, but Id at least like to pursue the option of having a nanny. Baby due end of Aug, and will proably need someone mid- to end of November. Obviously would like someone with newborn experience and lots of references. It would be full time, but hours may change slightly day to day (sometime I get off work earlier, sometimes later, my hubby is his own boss, but sometimes will be in the operating room late or seeing patients late in the day.

Any thoughts anyone?
