LEXpert - help me When I play the video, every 2 seconds it stops and there are white dots that go round in a circle for about 5 seconds. What do I need on my computer to help make it play better? My computer is brand new but I don't know what causes this. I enjoy your videos so much and want to see them. Any advice for this one?

Hummmmmm. I wish I knew what was up with the computer. I just wanted the whole thing from the link above and didn't have any trouble. That does make me think that it must be something with your computer. Try going to Youtube and type "Lexington Ky Neighborhood Tour by The LEXpert" in the search bar. That has them all on there. You could subscribe to that or my blog if you want them sent to you instead.

Let me know if that works.....I sure hope!!

Thank you for the suggestions - I still haven't figured it out. No matter what I do, it does the same thing. I will keep trying. We start on our journey this weekend so I will be there soon enough to see it all up close and personal.

We currently have DSL(I think) for our mac and I also am using my cell phone as a tether for my laptop. Neither one works.

any suggestions would be greatly appreciated - I really have NO idea about this stuff

Could it be because it's a Mac? Or you have a slow speed through DSL? I just don't know, it can't be Youtube because I can see the video without problems.

Oh big light bulb moment It must be the speed - I downgraded my speed to the slowest speed my provider offers thinking it wouldn't make a difference. The customer service person warned me this may happen. I completely forgot about it. Thank you so much for helping me sort it out!! I will know now for when I get new service since we start our drive over to lexington this weekend. Thanks again.
