Ok, Yall are going to be sick of me asking about these neighborhoods!

But what can yall tell me about the above 2 (Legacy Estates and Clays Corssing) I droe through them yesterday and really liked both (although I think I liked Legacy slightly more) Anyone know anything about future plans for these, or pros/cons about living there that aren't obvious just from driving through? Anyone know if there are restrictions as far as which builder you can use on the lots and size restrictions, etc?

I sometimes cut through Clays Crossing and it seems very nice. It seems pretty buffered back there. Sorry to have so little info!
