I'm guessing the most hillbilly and redneck area of Little Rock is kind of west central and southwest, in the area west of 430. That makes sense because of the terrain and being away from the prime rural area, which seems to be northwesterly and around Lake Maumelle.

And judging by the tattoos and speeding tickets in North Little Rock, I'm guessing white trash?

I think my favorite comment on this map is "poor attempt at gentrification" because that is the exact thought I had about downtown North Little Rock (or is it called Argenta?).
Not really. The area still looks like it is rotting from 70s era architecture.

Actually there are probably lotsa places all over the country that look just like that map (excepting for maybe the 'gators & catfish)!
