We would be considering LR, but want to be much closer to the mountains than that, so we're focused on NWA right now.
Many years ago, maybe in the early '70s, I attended a conference in Atlanta and a group of us went to "Atlanta Underground". I was impressed with what can be done with a little imagination and money, as is happening in L. R. now. Is A. U. still there and is it as active and interesting as it was way back then? I have often thought about that area.

I'm not sure. I lived in the Atlanta area for 20 years, and know that they tried to resurrect Underground in the 80's and 90's without much success. That whole CNN Center area in downtown Atlanta was always pretty lame, IMO. Little Rock has a riverfront at least.
