I know there are 2 Cooper developments, BellaVista and Hot Spring village plus Cherokee Village but does anyone know where Savanah Lakes is? Or is it even part of Arkansas?

thanks, boy am I lazy, I could have done what you did. Thanks again. I didn't know of any Cooper developments with that name. The reason I am curious, our POA is trying to raise our monthly dues and gave that as an example of what the dues are in other Cooper or similar locations. I know we need to pay more, am hoping the increase goes through this time. People are so uninformed or whatever, in many cases, they will keep their heads in the sand and not look past their nose.
