I am looking at a house in the Western Hills Neighborhood of Little rock (Western Hills Ave.) in front of an old golf course by the same name. It is just off Col Glenn Rd.

Is this far enough away from University and Geyer springs to be in a good neighborhood, or is it still in the bad side of town?? Anyone know the crime rate there?

I moved to Cabot from another state, so I have no idea about the good and bad neighborhoods in Little Rock, Ive just heard "Geyer Springs" and "places off University" can be bad neighborhoods...

Maybe my expectations are too high for a good neighborhood, coming from Cabot?
