My husband and I are looking at a house to purchase on Morning Drive in Centereach which is located in Front of the Centereach High School and Junior High off 43rd St which is off Mark Tree Road. The area includes Sunset Drive, Dusk Drive, Midday Drive and Morning Drive.

Does anyone know anything about that area of Centereach? Good, bad to buy in? Thanks in advance for any information you have to share.

Thanks, Suzook. I'd hoped that since the streets all seem to end in a dead end that maybe the school kids had no reason to go down those streets unless they lived there. But, we drove through today and it was littered with school papers! I grew up down the street from a junior hs, so I know that's typical at the end of the school year, though. Thanks again for your input.

Another thing to keep in mind is weekend activities. My daughter's dance school has held recitals there and people parked on all the side streets as there was insufficient parking for everyone.

Early morning Saturdays thing can get hectic around the school yard -- bear that in mind if you like sleeping in.
