How's that complex? Does any one know? When I visited there, it seems to be a nice place to live. I noticed there are some units on sale since early 2009, and it is still sitting there.

I looked there for quite some time physically viewed about 15 different units and found a place I LOVED at a steal but decided it was just too far east for me and am closing on a place in Great Neck at the end of this month. If you are happy being that far east I say go for it. They have healthy reserves and I think they just did some major repairs so you shouldn't be in for an assessment any time soon.

Here are in my opinion, the nicest units in the development:

If someone could tell me why my links refuse to actually link and just have around it I would appreciate it.

Thanks. This board automatically made the links that way. Do I have some setting messed up or do I have to manually edit links each time?

Lol... wtf... it even messed them up when I quoted you doing it right...

I could also list a bunch of places cheaper and nicer that are out in the boonies. Islip itself is far enough out there which is why I decided against it. For the area and what you are getting, the links I posted are pretty damn good.

I live in Forest Green. I like the area itself, no problems. Proximity to Smokin Als is a big plus. Most of the neighbors are fairly friendly. We haven't had any really problems so haven't had to work with maintenance at all.

Forest Green itself has a problem with flooding after any substantial rainfall. Really annoying. And can get real deep in the parking lot. I also just had my car broken into a month ago along with a neighbor.
