Prenatal Aqua Aerobics Classes -East Meadow (Nassau: YMCA, live in, pools)

I am looking to sign up for prenatal aqua classes some where in Nassau County ( I guess closer to where I live). I am not sure why I am having such a hard time finding aqua aerobics classes here in LI. I figured there would be such an option available...but after exhaustively searching online I have yet to find a program for pregnant women. I hope someone knows of a place....looking forward to the responses.

I think your best bets are the Nassau County Aquatics Center (although last time I was there they didn't have such an offering)....or try a YMCA, but you'll have to become a member, most likely, and YMCAs are few and far between around here.

What Town do you live in? Maybe one of the Town or County pools will offer something this summer. You'd have to call your Town Hall or the County Rec.

I hope you're able to find something, if not just go in the pool. I spent most of my last days of pregnancy in the water right up till two days before I delivered. It was the only place I could get comfortable.
