Daycare Oceanside - Loving&Learning, RVC? (inspection, childcare)

Looking for daycare in oceanside/rvc area. Heard about Loving&Learning and seems good. Very expensive, but apparently everything is. Anyone have personal experience and/or feedback? Would be greatly appreciated. Was thinking about JCC but decided against it. My nephew went to Loving and Learning until the age of 2. Helene, the owner, was very nice, very experienced. I picked him up from there often and the kids were happy and involved. The only complaint my sister-in-law had was that the changing stationwas too close to the food-prep area.
