Yes, it was an Arby's then a Kenny Rogers then something else I think. The only thing that has done well there is Starbucks, mainly because of the drive-through.

Wasn't the Arby's in DP down further (I think it was either what Nathan's or White Castle is now, by that big church)?
Sorry, I was talking about the location in Selden.
Oh. BTW, can you tell me what that Indian thing across the street was before whatever's there now in Selden? I visit the gaming shop in that shopping center, and it looks like that shopping center has been there forever. Looks like it was a supermarket or something.
Can't understand why there are no Arby's in Suffolk. I think they would do very good. Every time I am down south, I must get Arby's.
Quick funny story, my brother and I were driving back from the MLB Hall of Fame last weekend and we knew there was an Arby's somwhere around Flushing or Queens and it wasn't on my GPS. Turns out it's in Fresh Meadows and we finally made it there after getting to it off the service roads.
I seem to remember there was an Arby's a long long time ago in Selden where the Starbucks is by King Bear across from the Valero station. Can anyone verify this or is my memory really fuzzy?
Yeah another plus about South Jersey, Arby's is everywhere, so is Shop Rite.
We have Sonic here in Austin, TX and there are some good food items worth eating. The onion rings, BLT sandwiches, and the soft vanilla ice cream is really good. The hamburgers are ok. Some people swear by the coney dogs (hot dog with chili). The cherry limeade is very good as someone mentioned previously in this thread. Enjoy....
