Glen Cove (Burns: townhouses, housing, best)

saw some inexpensive townhouses specifically on Burns Avenue, off of Glen Cove Avenue. They look very nice, a good deal, it would seem. Close to the water and village.

Thing is, many posts here and from prior knowledge, i hear that parts of Glen Cove arent the best for one reason or another.

Can anyone tell me about this area which i mentioned?
