I cannot figure out for the life of me...
Where does everyone get those little black holders that go around their neck and hold their LIRR monthly ticket?!

I think I got mine at a street vendor near Penn Station. If you commute every day, you can't live without it!

take a car, carpool, take the bus, walk/bicycle if you are close enough.
