They are from the Caribbean. I believe many posters feel that's a good district for that kind of family. Several posters mentioned it.

I would suggest Wheatley Heights.

Default Need info on West babylon area and co-op's!

We are looking to rent a co-op in West Babylon area. Can someone please throw me some light on this area.
I also see that there are a lot of fees that come into consideration when buying a co-op. Is there any exemption from these bizarre fees for renters???

Most of the time, Association and other fees are not paid by tenants directly (of course the rent will take that cost into consideration).
