I agree with the other people, none of these areas are worth investing in. Start thinking of other options for affordable housing. The prices are going down in the better areas too. Keep saving.

If those are your only 4 choices then why not try a condo .I bought mine for 150k in medford about a month or so ago. I am noticing that its not as bad an area as people claim. Plus I have a 9 hole par 3 golf course and indoor pool to come home to every day.
