By the model homes? I think it's athletic fields for St. Joseph's College, and the Bellport Animal Hospital will soon build a new location on the site of the model homes themselves.

I think I read somewhere on here that a Raymour & Flanagan is going in there. Not sure how accurate that info is, tho.

Less accurate is the second tenant. Nothing has been confirmed, but it's most likely a supermarket of some sort. I've heard Shoprite.
