just so you know, our ideal community would:
1. allow us to afford a nice home for around 5-600k
2. have top notch public schools with excellent college matriculation lists
3. diversity is nice (we are an asian family). do not want all wasp or jewish, etc. although out of the three criteria, this criteria would be our last priority.

For you, there are two great areas.

HI we are looking for a ranch style home or a split with few steps in Oceanside ny.......anyone selling?

Our deal went sour.....now we have to start over again.
We have already sold our home and are living with family.....we love Oceanside.
