Has this ever happened to anyone? I poured Drano down my 2nd floor bathroom tub and followed the instructions on the bottle and now I have water dripping from my 1st floor ceiling. Ahhhh! Anyone want to recommend someone to help me fix this? You think I can complain to Drano and have them compensate me for the damage? Thanks!

A lot of times those acids do more harm than good. The leak was probably well on its way and the drano just exacerbated the problem.

Your pipes were held together by the clog!!! Get a plumber to re-pipe your house and don't look at Drano to compensate you.

The clog was probably plugging the leak.

Thanks. Any advice on plumbers in Nassau country to do this for me? I've used James Henderson before for a heating tune up and had an okay experience, not sure about this kind of work, though.
